Returns, Refunds & Cancellations


We cannot accept nicotine containing items for return or refund if the seal has been broken, as they can degrade during return transit.
The Consumer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt, if any damaged, incorrect or missing items the consumer shall notify the Seller within 72 hours of delivery confirming in writing via our email address with photographic evidence if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.  EmmaVapes is responsible for the return postage. If the Consumer fails to do so the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping, once shipped if returned unopened, the Consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any support requests opened after the 72 hour period will not be accepted. 

If an incorrect order has been placed by the end user, the seller is not able to add or change items on that order. The order must either be cancelled and remade by the end user, or an extra order must be made with the correct items. The seller is not responsible for covering the extra shipping costs, or the guaranteed delivery of the extra items in the same packaging, or on the same day of the original order. 
Consumers have 14 days from receipt of a product to return an item. If a return does not arrive and has no tracking or proof of postage the consumer is liable. Using a tracked service for a return is advised. When the return is received by us we will issue a refund
If the end user does not find the item(s) supplied acceptable in a manner which can be deemed personal preference of the end user, (i.e. taste, colour, strength, etc.) the items are not deemed faulty, damaged, or of a condition deemed eligible for a refund or a return.
